A young couple is gazing towards the horizon, enjoying the spectacular view of the New York skyline, with the sun setting over the Hudson river.

Whatever cards life has dealt to the couple in the painting, the two give an air of confidence and optimism, looking forward to a beautiful future unfolding. No matter what happens, one thing is certain, they will face it together.
Caledonia Waterfall, Cyprus
A hidden gem...
A must place to visit in Cyprus is the Caledonia Waterfall high up in the Troodos Mountains. Theo's latest watercolour painting features a beautiful woman enjoying the coolness of this magnificent waterfall as she wades through the water.

We often take our visiting family to see this spectacular waterfall. You can reach the Caledonia Fall via a 3km long downward trail starting north of the fall. It is a breathtakingly beautiful but steep track, crossing the stream many times as you descend.
Make sure someone picks you up at the bottom, or be prepared for a steep climb up on your return journey.
Theo's sister felt a mini heart attack coming on, when it dawned on her that she would have to climb all the way up again to get back to our car.
Thankfully there is an easier route to reach the fall, albeit not quite as spectacular. Start in the village of Platres south of the waterfall, and follow a slight upward trail for about 30 minutes.
Fine Art America Billboard contest, your help got us in.... thank you 
Thousands of images were entered into the Fine Art America Billboard competition this year.
Only 297 images received enough votes to enter into the final round. Thanks to your help, all our three entries, The Long Goodbye, Romance Isn't Dead and Balcony With A View made it to the last round. We are a finalist and are extremely happy. 
On the 14h of September Fine Art America will be choosing 20 paintings from the finalists to feature on billboards all over the USA. Just imagine.... well, you never know.

We had to be on our best behaviour when Paul Lambis, an award winning screenwriter, author and playwright (just to name a few of his accomplishments) brought down his team to our studio to interview Theo for the Cyprus Mail Good Living web portal.
