Canvas Prints — Everything You Need to Know

Canvas prints are reproduced from Theo Michael's original oil paintings at the same scale as the originals — so what you receive is as close to the actual painting as a reproduction can be. They are produced by our specialist print partner using high-resolution 12-colour inkjet technology, stretched onto a 4cm deep wooden frame, and arrive ready to hang.

Canvas prints are not hand signed. If you would like a print with Theo's signature and a certificate of authenticity, our fine art prints on archival paper are the right choice.

Colour accuracy & print quality

Great care is taken to match the colours of each canvas print as closely as possible to Theo's original painting. The 12-colour printing process ensures accurate colour reproduction and fine detail. The canvas is produced to the same technical standard as the fine art prints — the difference is the format and the finish, not the quality of the reproduction.

Stretched on a 4cm deep wooden frame

Every canvas print arrives stretched tightly around a solid 4cm deep wooden frame — the kind used by galleries and professional framers. The sides of the canvas are finished in a single colour chosen to complement the painting. Your print arrives with a hanger set enclosed, so it is ready to go straight on the wall.

Available sizes

Canvas prints are available at the same scale as Theo's original paintings. Theo typically works at 60 x 80cm or 60 x 90cm, and canvas prints are available in both of these formats as well as a smaller size in the same ratio.
