Returns & Refund Policy
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires by contacting us at anja@artbytheomichael.com.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Returns Our general return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at anja@artbytheomichael.com and send your item to: Agias Elenis 5, Larnaca, CY 6021.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and bank as processing time may vary. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at anjamichael@cytanet.com.cy.
Gifts If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping To return your product, mail it to: Agias Elenis 5, Larnaca, CY 6021. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. For items over €100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
