Free Worldwide Shipping

Art by Theo Michael ships free to anywhere in the world — always. No minimum order, no hidden fees. If you're based in Cyprus, you're also welcome to order online and collect directly from the studio in Larnaca. Just send us a message and we will notify you when your purchase is ready for collection info@artbytheomichael.com.

How Your Artwork is Packaged & Shipped

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. Every shipment is sent by recorded delivery, so you can track your purchase from our studio to your door.

  • Fine Art Prints are rolled and shipped in a rigid protective tube.
  • Canvas Prints are flat-packed and arrive ready to hang.
  • Gift items are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

If any damage or loss occurs during transit, we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Just let us know which you prefer.

Handling & Dispatch Times

  • Fine Art Prints — dispatched within 24 hours or the next working day.
  • Canvas Prints & Gift Items — dispatched within 5 working days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times by region are:

  • Cyprus — 1–3 working days (or collect from the studio)
  • European Union — 3–7 working days
  • United Kingdom — 5–10 working days
  • United States & Canada — 7–14 working days
  • Australia & New Zealand — 10–18 working days
  • Rest of World — 7–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Tracking

All orders are sent by recorded delivery and include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

Customs & Import Duties

Art by Theo Michael is based in Cyprus (EU). Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For orders outside the EU — including the UK, US, Australia, and other international destinations — local import taxes or customs duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have any questions.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We're proud of every piece we send out. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days in its original condition and packaging, and we'll issue a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
